Explain:

1) Each registered author can submit at most two papers with his/her signature. If more than two papers are submitted, the author needs to re-register and pay.

2) Each paper is generally limited to 6 pages in maximum; if the page number is more than 6, an extra fee of 500 yuan will be charged for each extra page; the maximum length of each paper shall not exceed 8 pages.
