You may submit to either “ Regular (Non-Invited) Session” or “Invited Session”. When submitting to “Invited Session”, please enter the corresponding session code which has been published at the webpage of "Invited Sessions" .

Please be advised that all full papers will be submitted to IEEE CrossCheck for plagiarism check, and the total similarity should not exceeed 30% (including bibliography), and it must not exceed 3% for a single source.
