请注意：注册费是指大会的净收入金额，所有相关交易费用应由付款方承担。对于国际银行转账，仅支持美元。需要报销的，请务必跟单位财务确认支付方式和发票信息。无论文参会人员交费后，因故无法参会的，请务必于大会召开前2天向大会邮箱发邮件申请退费，逾期不再办理退费。
Note: The registration fee refers to the net amount received by the Conference, all related transaction fees shall be borne by the payer. For international bank transfer, only US dollars are accepted. For those who need to claim reimbursement, please be sure to confirm with your affiliation about the way of payment. Participants registered without paper(s) who have paid the registration fee but are unable to attend the conference must submit a refund request via email to the conference official mailbox at least 2 days before the conference begins. No refund requests will be processed after the deadline.
